Yoga Teacher Training

Our trainees embark on this training path for a variety of reasons. While some wish to teach yoga and meditation as a profession, while others wish to only share it with their friends and families, whichever path you choose we are here to support you on your journey.

What can you expect?

Life Moves Yoga is committed to teaching alignment-focused, vinyasa-inspired, inclusive yoga that is tailored to meet the unique needs of our students. We believe in meeting students where they are, not where we think they should be. The Life Moves Yoga training incoperates concepts and principles from multiple traditions, honoring the dedicated teachers who came before us

This training program was exactly what I was hoping it would be. I learned so much about myself and of course the beauty of the yoga philosophy. I am so very grateful for this experience. [The facilitators] led us brilliantly. You two [facilitators] should be very proud of what you were able to instill in each of us.
