deeper dive became evident after her move from Minnesota to Texas. Finding more than just a

for several years. Recently she became interested in learning more about yoga and attended the 200-
hour teacher training program through Life Moves Yoga in Harker Heights, Texas and graduated in
December 2022 with her 200 hour RYT certification from Life Moves Yoga.

beneficial to all who partake. Her goal is to create a safe, warm, and comfortable space for all, and to
provide students a way to step away from the busy world and focus on the breath, mind, and body.
In her free time, you can find Leslie spending time with husband Jimmy and their two four legged fur
babies, Oliver and Chloe.

Kelly, RYT 200

Kelly received her 200 hour RYT  through CorePower Yoga in Arlington, Virginia. She first discovered Yoga in college after 12 years of dance and immediately fell in love with the presence, strength, and peace she was able to develop through her practice. Kelly creates a safe space for her students to cultivate body awareness, challenge themselves, and empowers them to embrace their unique gifts and strength. In her class, you can expect a dynamic flow with an emphasis on connection to your breath and alignment with options for varying levels of intensity. One of the most important elements of teaching for her is creating an encouraging and inclusive environment within her class. Outside of the yoga studio, Kelly can be found traveling, reading, running, attending Indy Car races, or playing with her dog, Kyrie.

Krystle, RYT 200

Krystle (RYT 200) discovered yoga while in college, but had no idea the impact it would one day have a decade later. In 2016 she started down a path of personal development realizing that mindfulness is key. The pandemic ,though full of darkness, shined so much light on the power of mediation, journaling, and rolling out the mat.

At the end of 2021 she met two  yoga teachers that not only inspired her to begin her journey, but helped her see that she was already living and sharing her yoga with others.

For Krystle, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, both on and off the mat. So, her classes combine all components of a well balanced Vinyasa Flow along with BIG positive energy that you get to take with you.

Krystle can’t wait to practice with you!

Amy, RYT 200

Amy’s yoga journey began while she was in college. She has practiced on and off over the years but has always returned to the mat for a variety of different reasons. One constant, however, is that she clearly recognized that she was the best version of herself when she had an active yoga practice.
Amy chose to deepen her own knowledge and experience by training with the Guiding Wellness Institute and Life Moves Yoga. She is now a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and continues to expand her education by working towards becoming a Warriors at Ease Level II teacher. Amy enjoys a variety of yoga disciplines and believes strongly in the power of mindfulness and breath.
In Amy’s class, expect a well-designed sequence for the whole self – mind, body and soul. Amy aspires to create a warm, welcoming environment for everybody and every body.

Nathan, RYT 200

Having finished his 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022, Nathaniel (Nathan) Callahan Lewallen is on a mission to share yoga with the world around him. He does this both by having a strong alignment based yoga class – helping his students bring their focus on the mat and into the present, and by practicing the yoga philosophy in his daily life. Yoga is more than just poses and breath-work….when you’re around Nathan, yoga is living your full truth, putting strong effort to not harming others or yourself, letting go of expectations and so much more!

Catherine, RYT 500

Catherine (RYT500) is the mother of 3 incredible little humans and has been a proud military spouse for 13 years and 7 duty stations. She received her 200 hour training at Southern Bliss Yoga, in Sumter South Carolina and her 300 Advance Teacher Training at Surya Yoga in El Paso, TX. She earned her Masters Degree in Recreational Therapy from Clemson University and worked as a Certified Recreational Therapist for many years before going down the yoga path. The practice of yoga was gifted to her during the pivotal transition of both becoming a mother and the passing of her own mother. From that point on she knew she had to share what was given to her with others. Catherine teaches a thoughtfully designed alignment based class aimed at challenging the mental and physical layers of existence. She acknowledges that yoga is a uniquely personal and evolving journey and hopes to guide students to renewal and self-discovery. When you come to Catherine’s Class you can expect a warm smile, options to level up or down, and to know a little bit more about yoga when you walk out.
