Class Registration & Cancelation

Please note that you must register for classes in advance.

CLICK HERE to register through the website from the MINDBODY app. You can register for classes up to two weeks in advance.

Please cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to the class to avoid getting charged and to make room for others who may be waiting for a space.

If you have a membership and MINDBODY is asking you to pay for your class when you try to sign up, you are probably outside of your payment window and need to wait until your next payment goes through.

If you have any questions contact us at info@lifemovesyoga.com.

Arriving & Attending Class

Studio doors open 15 minutes prior to a scheduled class.

Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class to get settled into your space.

Classes will begin promptly at their scheduled time and no one will be admitted once the class has begun. While we understand that sometimes students are running late, we have to begin and end on time for the safety, serenity, and respect of everyone in attendance.

As you enter the studio you can choose a cubby and put your belongings in your cubby and then enter the studio to put down your mat. (Please do not bring valuable items into the studio. LMY cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen.)

No food or drinks (other than water) in the practice room. Water is highly encouraged.

Please plan on staying for the entire class. While we completely understand that sometimes emergencies happen and you must leave, please make it a habit to stay through the end of class. (The end of class is actually the most important part of the class!)

Our restrooms are located in the back of the practice area. (Please note that if you arrive for class and there is another class in session, you won’t be able to get to the restroom until the conclusion of the class currently in session.)

*We know that you might feel nervous if this is a new experience for you!  It is our job to make you feel as comfortable as possible so please remember that we are happy you are here and we welcome you with open arms. We want to help you grow in your practice and it is an honor to serve you.

Health & Saftey

Please sanitize your hands and remove your shoes when you enter the studio.

Please note that family members or friends cannot remain in the lobby when class is in session.

Students must be 12 years of age to participate in yoga classes with their parent or guardian and must also be pre-registered for the class.

Students under 16 are not permitted to attend “Hot Yoga” classes but they may attend warm classes.

Electronics

Our practice space is a no cell phone zone. This is your time (and your neighbor’s) to unplug, relax, refresh and renew. Please be sure your phone is on silent when it is in your cubby.

Personal Belongings

Place your belongings in your assigned cubby and keep the floor of the studio free from clutter.   Yoga props, towels and covered water bottles are highly encouraged and are not considered clutter, but coats, purses, jewelry, glasses and backpacks are and present a hazard for students and teachers as they move through the room.

Most students prefer to practice with their own mat, but we do have loaner mats available at the studio. If you don’t have a mat and wish to purchase one, we have Jade mats available for purchase.
