Over the course of 3 or 4 months, a few things happened that I did not think possible. I gained back 80% of the flexibility I had lost after my accident. I experienced very little to no pain or spasms in my back, and was able to control the remaining pain with occasional Motrin. I could do a lot more of the activities I loved, to include running and hiking with my children. I also lost 25 pounds, and went from a size 10 to a size 4!!
